Pitbreaker Privacy Policy

Pitbreaker is a game made by ARVYN LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information is processed when you play Pitbreaker on Android or iOS, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email pitbreaker@arvynco.com.

What stays on your device

Your progress (coins, upgrades, unlocks, statistics, settings and any run in progress) is saved on your device. Pitbreaker has no accounts and we never ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.

Ads (Google AdMob)

Pitbreaker shows optional rewarded video ads, for example to revive or double your coins. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google's ad software may collect your IP address (used to estimate your general location), device and advertising identifiers, information about the ads you view and tap, and diagnostic information about app performance. Google handles this data under its own policy: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

• If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before ads are personalized. You can change your choice any time under About and privacy › Privacy choices on the title screen.
• On iPhone, the game asks for permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, you still get ads, just less personalized ones.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics)

To understand how the game is played and to fix problems, Pitbreaker sends anonymous gameplay events to GameAnalytics: for example when a run starts and ends, the floor reached, upgrades chosen, ads watched, and error reports. These events include a random identifier created by the game, your device model and operating system version, and the game's version. They do not include your name or contact details, and we do not use them to identify you. See the GameAnalytics privacy policy.

How we use information

• To run the game and its rewarded ads.
• To measure and improve difficulty, fix bugs and decide what to build next.
• To prevent ad fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not combine it with other information to identify you.

Children

Pitbreaker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the game and data about them was collected, email us and we will help remove it.

Your choices and rights

• Change ad consent in the game under About and privacy › Privacy choices (where it applies).
• Limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
• Erase your saved progress in the game under About and privacy › Reset all progress, or by uninstalling the game.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete personal information. Email us and we will act on your request, including forwarding it to our partners where needed.

Security and retention

Data sent by the game travels over encrypted connections. Our analytics partner keeps event data according to its own retention policy; we only look at aggregated reports.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
